Narendra Modi woos Saarc nations ?

Modi cannot match the financial muscle of china and must instead sell the "democracy" and "china domination fear" as a reality and must never attempt to PAY his way to any one's heart so to say ! These countries know only too well that no country - be it china or US or India would give anything for free ! and there shall be a cost associated with all moves and surely Modi knows it and he knows that other leaders know that as well !

It is extremely hard for Modi to woo SAARC. Nations to exclude China from being a participant in SAARC by offering economic gifts ........ which are not only a promise and small and recent compared to the economic aid already given to Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan ......
Apart from the fact that many saarc countries are strongly in favour of China being given full partnership status among SAARC nations with veto Power.. Moreover, media has also criticized Modi for advising Nepal for expediting its process of constitution completion. Under this situation it is a very hard task for Mod to bring all SAARC nations to his fold to exclude The inclusion of China into SAARC.The damage has already been done by the previous government by ignoring these small nations in their home requirements but unnecessarily intruding into their internal functioning......
So, I have to say some uncomfortable words. ......
1--Money has no color and no smell. It does not matter from which country it comes from. So poor countries (Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh etc) will go for Chinese money/investment if there is no other alternative.....
2---If India wants to lure other saarc countries to it and avoid China, India has to show them some other equally good alternative to get money. ......
3-- If India wants to influence other nations in SAARC, India itself has to invest to those saarc countries with an equal or more amount so that they can ignore the invitation of China. ....
4-- A few months back, Chinese president visited India and India showed enough interest in Chinese investment in India. So how come India now asking saarc countries to avoid Chinese investment altogether while India itself is looking for Chinese investment?? Confusing....isn't it  ??
5-- India should forget about the historical ties ....like old ties with Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Nepal etc..... In international politics & cooperation, money talks, money dances, money sings....
..... So India should only think about economic cooperation, business, job creation etc. It is much more professional than emotional appeal to saarc countries.....
