Now Dubai is no longer untouchable and safe Oasis–After Iran Drones Attacks

The "glass house" of #Dubai is no longer a theoretical concern—it is a live crisis management zone...

#DXB–The world’s busiest international gateway is currently at a stand still.

The narrative of Dubai as an "untouchable" #Oasis is facing its most significant #challenge since the city's modern inception.

Dubai International #airport sustained damage to a concourse, and #ZayedInternationalAirport in #AbuDhabi reported a fatality from falling debris.

For a city that is 30% dependent on tourism and logistics, a closed airspace is a direct hit to its heart.

In terms of "American Security Umbrella" For decades, the Gulf's "social contract" with the West was:– "We provide energy and investment; you provide a military shield that makes our glass towers safe"

Now "Umbrella is leaking"

Can even the most advanced Western tech handle a mass-saturation attack if #Iran decides to go "all in"?

Is the US willing to enter a full-scale war to protect a hotel or an airport, or is their protection limited to "active defense" only?
